Stephenson Equipment (SEI) (
Lilly, Pennsylvania) announced the acquisition of Valley Supply & Equipment in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. The acquisition aligns with Stephenson Equipment’s commitment to delivering top-notch service and support. Customers will now have the additional benefits of SEI’s total resources, including access to the full inventory of equipment, parts, rental fleet, and the additional service technicians and product specialists.

Beyond the increased benefits for customers, with this acquisition Valley’s employees will become employee-owners of Stephenson Equipment. SEI proudly became an employee-owned company in 2023 and all full-time employees receive ESOP contributions as an additional & impactful benefit.
