Blue Bird – Booth 571
Blue Bird’s prototype electric-powered commercial chassis is a purpose-built Class 5–6 chassis for last-mile delivery applications and is universally compatible with all existing utility body providers. Our electric chassis has up to 130-mile range per charge and has DC Level 3 charging capable of up to 124kw. It has an industry-best 55-degree wheel cut for a superior turning radius. In addition, it features a 50,000 PSI standard steel frame with batteries mounted between them, which allows our chassis to provide superior battery protection as compared to systems with batteries mounted underneath and/or to the outside of the chassis rails.

Isuzu Commercial Truck of America Inc. – Booth 1101
The Isuzu NRR EV is a fully electric, low cab forward medium-duty truck designed for businesses looking to reduce carbon footprint without sacrificing performance or reliability. The NRR EV is a Class 5 (19,500 pounds GVWR) zero-emission chassis, ideal for urban delivery and logistics. It has AC and DC charging capabilities, and four battery capacity options with estimated ranges up to 235 miles. The 2024 Kenworth PacLease T280 is a versatile and powerful medium-duty truck designed for a variety of applications. With 325 horsepower and 750 pound-foot of torque, the PX-7 engine offers robust performance and reliability. The 8-speed automatic TX-8 transmission includes hill start assist, ensuring smooth and efficient operation with an automotive-like feel. The truck is equipped with our new patent-pending DDS (Dynamic Damping Stabilizer) System, which was engineered to provide superior control and handling for the F-550, F-450, Ram 4500 and Ram 5500. Ideally suited for commercial vehicles that are heavier or larger than stock, it ensures a smooth and responsive driving experience.

Key features include (but are not limited to) reduced steering vibration, oscillation and enhanced stability for a more balanced, controlled and safe driving experience. Our system improves steering response and reduces driver fatigue, contributing to safer operations. In addition to drivability and safety enhancements, this system reduces wear and tear by minimizing stress on vehicle steering components, thus helping reduce maintenance costs.
