Free UPS/FEDEX Ground Shipping Offer

At this time, we only accept orders shipped within the United States. If you would like product shipped to an international destination, please call-in your order to 1-800-441-6832 as this will require additional shipping charges.

Due to higher costs associated with the following delivery options, NTEA does not offer free shipping with international orders; orders delivered to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii; and orders delivered via Canada Post.

This offer includes ground shipping through UPS / FedEx. Express delivery options are not available at this time. If you need product rush-delivered, please call-in your order to 1-800-441-6832 as this will require additional shipping charges.

Orders CANNOT be shipped to PO Box addresses. The Shipping Address MUST be a physical location. Your order will be delayed if you submit your order with a PO Box address as we must call to request a physical address.

We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.

NTEA reserves the right to change the terms of or discontinue this offer at any time.

Product Return Policy

Products purchased from the NTEA including research/data reports, diskettes or CD-ROMs, or any product containing personalization specific to your company may not be returned. All other unused material (i.e., manuals, guides, unopened labels and other reference materials purchased from the NTEA) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied with them.

If you return for a refund any item that was originally delivered to you under the terms of our free standard shipping offer, and your order drops below the free-shipping threshold, then we will deduct from your refund our fee for ground delivery.

Member Pricing

Although anyone can purchase product, only NTEA members receive special member pricing after they log in to NTEA.com. All member-company employees are eligible to receive their own unique login credentials. If you are an active employee at a member company, and you do not yet have your own login, you can use the "find me" feature to get a login emailed, or call NTEA offices (1-800-441-6832) to obtain one.

NTEA Billing Policy

All NTEA members in good standing are extended the option to be billed for publications and materials ordered from the Association. Billing privileges will be extended until any member company’s accounts receivable with the NTEA exceeds 90 days past due. At such time, the NTEA reserves the right to suspend billing privileges until such time that all outstanding invoices exceeding their due date are paid in full.

Privacy/Security Issues

Information collected through the NTEA.com Storefront will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order in a timely manner. This information is for NTEA use only and will not be sold to third-party companies or individuals. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.

The NTEA does not store your credit card information in any database (online or offline), in order to maximize the protection of your information. Credit card transactions are sent through our secure server (SSL) directly to the bank for validation.
