Videography policy

The following Videography Policy applies to non-media video crews at Work Truck Week (March 4–7, 2025, Indianapolis, Indiana). These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive experience for attendees and exhibitors while respecting the privacy and interests of all parties involved. As a condition of registration, you will be required to acknowledge and accept the Videography Policy and conditions contained herein.

Exhibit Hall Setup
Video crews are prohibited from filming in the exhibit hall during setup, except for exhibitors in their own booths. Exhibitors may film their own products within their designated booth space.

Drones
The use of drones for filming purposes is strictly prohibited within the event premises. 

Traffic and Disruption
Cameras, equipment and operators must not impede the flow of foot traffic within the event venue. Filming activities should be conducted in a manner that does not disrupt the attendee experience.

Permission and Consent
To protect the privacy of intellectual property, video cameras may be used only after stating your purpose and acquiring permission from each affected exhibitor or attendee. 

Exhibitor Video Crews
Exhibiting companies may register non-media video crews as exhibitor personnel. Registered exhibitor crews will receive the same access privileges as other exhibitor personnel.

Non-Affiliated Crews
Non-media video crews not affiliated with an exhibitor must register as event attendees. They will have access to the exhibit hall during regular attendee hours.

Prohibited Filming
With respect to the confidentiality of information shared, filming during Annual Meeting and all Chassis Updates is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement and Compliance
Failure to adhere to this videography policy may result in the confiscation of credentials or video footage and/or removal from the event premises.
